Many of our products are made-to-order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Estimated shipping times within Australia are generally:

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Express Shipping: 1–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

New Zealand: 5–12 business days

United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

Europe & International: 10–25 business days

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

Fly Little Birdy is not responsible for:

1- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

2- Lost packages due to incorrect information

3- Delays caused by incomplete delivery details

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

Fly Little Birdy is not responsible for delays caused by:

1- Postal service disruptions

2- Customs clearance

3- Weather conditions

4- Carrier delays

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
